About the role

We are seeking a scientist to develop and scale protein expression and purification capabilities, focusing on mammalian systems (CHO and HEK, both transient and stable). The role involves optimizing and executing expression workflows, owning purification processes, collaborating closely with lab‑automation and software teams, and converting protocols into a robust, automated, high‑throughput production pipeline.

Key requirements

• Deep hands‑on expertise in mammalian protein expression and purification (CHO/HEK) from construct to purified, characterized protein.
• Applied industry experience in production or industrial settings with a focus on yield, reproducibility, and turnaround.
• Proven track record in titer optimization, scale‑up, and consistent quality.
