Job summary

Qualifications

• BS with 3–5 years post baccalaureate lab experience; MS with thesis or industry exp preferred.
• Experience analyzing proteins and nucleic acids using SDS-PAGE, gel electrophoresis, UV/Vis, fluorescence assays.
• Experience with PCR assays using fluorescent dyes or hydrolysis probes.
• Familiarity with protein purification techniques and buffer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing robust, scalable protein purification processes for transfer to manufacturing.
• Purify proteins using column chromatography and filtration techniques.
• Conduct assays to assess protein purity and stability.
• Develop buffers to support design requirements and document experiments.
• Generate process development reports and curate samples.
