Job summary

Randolph County is seeking an experienced Adult Services Social Worker to provide intensive social work services for at-risk adults in the most complex cases. The role covers investigations, assessments of abuse/neglect, guardianship, and court-related proceedings, with emphasis on case management and protective services.

The position requires a Master’s in Social Work (or relevant degree) and experience in adult protective services, documentation, and crisis intervention.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work.
• Bachelor's degree in social work from an accredited school of social work and completion of the Child Welfare Collaborative (Child Welfare positions only).
• One year directly related experience or more as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide intensive social work services to at-risk disabled adults in complex cases.
• Investigate and assess alleged abuse, neglect, or exploitation.
• Prepare court reports and provide expert testimony when required.
