Job summary

Acuity International is seeking a highly qualified Protective Security Specialist to support Department of State Worldwide Protective Services III in austere environments. The role requires medical and security expertise to protect clients and team members in high-threat locations.

You will perform convoy operations, provide tactical casualty care, and may join a Quick Reaction Force. Travel overseas, meet strict medical and security prerequisites, and complete paid training.

Qualifications

• US citizenship required.
• Active or inactive paramedic certification (NREMT) valid and active.
• CPR/BLS/ACLS/PHTLS or equivalent certifications required.
• Minimum of three years EMS experience at the AEMT/paramedic level.
• Valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Valid U.S. Passport with at least 6 months remaining.
• Proficient in speaking, writing, and communicating in English.
• Must pass the pre-employment PRT.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced emergency medical care to Contractor personnel, COM personnel, and others as directed.
• Perform day-to-day personal protective security functions.
• Drive lead/principal’s vehicle or support motorcade operations.
• Maintain assigned protective formation positions during principal movements.
• Participate in advance security preparations.
• Staff security posts at principal’s residence or other posts as required.
