Whitman, Requardt and Associates, LLP seeks an Engineer or Architect with 5–10 years of experience to join the firm’s Protective Design Group. The role focuses on integrating protective design criteria and security components into projects to meet client goals.
The position involves reviewing criteria, developing design strategies, coordinating with client security personnel, and producing construction documents that meet criteria. A TS/SCI clearance is required.
We are seeking a focused, motivated Engineer or Architect, with 5-10 years of relevant experience, to join the firm’s Protective Design Group. This individual will work as part of a design team to integrate protective design criteria and security components into our projects to meet our clients’ specific goals. Includes a wide range of protective design solutions (AT/FP, perimeter security, vehicle entry control points, blast/ballistic resistance, electronic security systems, etc.) in support of a varied client base.

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $85,000.00 - $135,000.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
