Job summary

Bedi Dental Group in Auburn, MA is seeking experienced prosthodontists and periodontists for a high-earning, ownership-oriented role in a doctor-led, growth-focused practice.

Compensation ranges from $300,000 to $400,000 per year, with a guaranteed daily rate for the first 90 days and a strong emphasis on relationships, leadership, and long-term equity rather than a traditional associate position.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Prosthodontics or Periodontics residency.
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience following residency.
• Strong commitment to comprehensive, high-quality dentistry.
• Excellent communication and interdisciplinary treatment-planning skills.
• Interest in developing referral relationships and growing a specialty practice.
• Leadership ability and an interest in helping lead, mentor, and develop a team.
