Bedi Dental Group in Worcester, MA seeks experienced prosthodontists and periodontists for a non-traditional associate role with potential for partnership. You will join a doctor-led, fee-for-service oriented practice focused on comprehensive dentistry and high-quality patient care.

Compensation includes 40% of collections with the office paying 60% of lab fees from your preferred lab; a guaranteed daily rate applies for the first 90 days.

Qualifications

Completion of an accredited Prosthodontics or Periodontics residency.
Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience following residency.
Strong commitment to comprehensive, high-quality dentistry.
Excellent communication and interdisciplinary treatment-planning skills.
Interest in developing referral relationships and growing a specialty practice.
