Bedi Dental Group is seeking a highly skilled General Dentist to join our established practice in Sterling, MA. This role offers autonomy, a patient-focused environment, and opportunities to grow within a multi-specialty team.

Compensation ranges from $200,000 to $300,000, with 40% of collections and a guaranteed daily rate for the first 90 days. Benefits include comprehensive coverage, retirement plans, and continued education support.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree with residency.
• Minimum 2 years of university clinical experience.
• Active state licensure to practice dentistry.
• Proficiency in advanced dental procedures.
• Ability to develop and navigate complex treatment plans.
• Ongoing commitment to staying current with dental practices.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat oral diseases and conditions.
• Perform fillings, extractions and root canals.
• Administer anesthetics to manage pain during procedures.
• Prescribe medications for oral conditions.
• Interpret diagnostic tests including X-rays.
• Develop treatment plans to address patients' dental needs.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventative care.
• Supervise dental assistants and hygienists.
• Keep precise and detailed patient records.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
