Job summary

You’ll deliver comprehensive care in a high-end, fee-for-service environment while building lasting relationships with patients and colleagues. Ideal candidates have DDS/DMD with residency, state licensure, and strong communication skills; 2+ years’ experience preferred.

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD degree with residency required.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in a dental setting.
• Current state licensure to practice dentistry.
• Proficiency in advanced dental procedures.
• Ability to develop and navigate complex treatment plans.
• Commitment to staying updated with new dental practices and innovations.
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, multi-personnel office.
• Leading with compassion and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat oral diseases.
• Perform fillings, extractions and root canals.
• Administer anesthetics to manage pain during procedures.
• Prescribe medications for oral conditions.
• Interpret diagnostic tests including X-rays.
• Develop treatment plans to address patients' dental needs.
• Educate patients about oral hygiene and preventative care.
• Supervise dental assistants and hygienists.
• Keep precise and detailed patient records.
• Perform surgical procedures on the teeth, bones, and soft tissues of the oral cavity.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
