Qualifications
- Current ABC or BOC certification in Prosthetics and/or Orthotics.
- Bachelor’s degree in prosthetics and/or orthotics or foreign equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain licensure where required.
- May consider candidates with extensive experience under supervision.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians to evaluate needs for prosthetic and/or orthotic services.
- Examine patient needs and formulate design of devices.
- Perform fitting, static and dynamic alignments, and adjustments.
- Provide patient education and follow-up with physicians and staff.
