WillowWood Global in Mount Sterling, OH, is seeking a Prosthetic Technician to fabricate and assemble custom prosthetic devices with precision. You will contribute to lives worldwide by delivering high-quality prosthetics and upholding safety and craftsmanship.

This full-time, first-shift role offers hands-on training, growth opportunities, and a collaborative team focused on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to prioritize work and meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and safely handle molds, equipment, and materials.

Responsibilities

• Operate Omega Carvers and other fabrication equipment.
• Fabricate prosthetic components including check sockets, laminations, foam covers, and pelite liners.
• Complete customer orders from start to finish while meeting quality and production expectations.
• Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and fabrication procedures.
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with technicians, production teams, and supervisors to continuously improve processes and product quality.

What You'll Do

As a Prosthetic Technician, you'll fabricate and assemble custom prosthetic devices for both internal and external customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities Include

• Operate Omega Carvers and other fabrication equipment
• Fabricate prosthetic components including check sockets, laminations, foam covers, and pelite liners
• Complete customer orders from start to finish while meeting quality and production expectations
• Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and fabrication procedures
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and help maintain inventory of materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Follow all company safety policies and departmental procedures
• Collaborate with technicians, production teams, and supervisors to continuously improve processes and product quality
