Job summary

WillowWood Global LLC in Mount Sterling, OH is seeking a motivated Prosthetic Technician to fabricate and assemble custom prosthetic devices with the highest standards of craftsmanship.

You will operate Omega Carvers and other fabrication equipment, read work instructions, complete orders on time, maintain a clean, safe workspace, collaborate with teammates to improve processes, and uphold quality in every prosthetic you help create.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work with hand and power tools.
• Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet production deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate Omega Carvers and other fabrication equipment.
• Fabricate prosthetic components including check sockets, laminations, foam covers, and pelite liners.
• Complete customer orders from start to finish while meeting quality and production expectations.
• Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and fabrication procedures.
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and help maintain inventory of materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and departmental procedures.
• Collaborate with technicians, production teams, and supervisors to continuously improve processes and product quality.
