Job summary

WillowWood Global is seeking a Prosthetic Technician to fabricate and assemble custom prosthetic devices for internal and external customers, ensuring top quality and craftsmanship.

You will work in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment, collaborate with a supportive team, and grow through hands-on learning while helping improve processes and product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand/power tools.
• Basic computer, math, reading, and writing skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to meet production deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and team orientation.

Responsibilities

• Operate Omega Carvers and other fabrication equipment.
• Fabricate prosthetic components including check sockets, laminations, foam covers, and pelite liners.
• Complete customer orders from start to finish while meeting quality and production expectations.
• Read and follow work instructions, specifications, and fabrication procedures.
• Inspect finished products to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and help maintain inventory of materials.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow all company safety policies and departmental procedures.
• Collaborate with technicians, production teams, and supervisors to continuously improve processes and product quality.
