Bayer (Schweiz) AG is seeking a Prostate Sales Consultant for Oncology in the Houston area to drive clinical demand and education for Nubeqa and Xofigo among oncologists and related specialists.

The role covers the Houston Medical Center area with travel up to 50% and requires a strong background in oncology medical or specialty pharmaceutical sales. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required, with preferred candidates having a biology-related degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
• Relevant specialty pharmaceutical sales, biotech sales, or medical sales experience.
• Experience in Oncology sales.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product clinical efficacy and educate customers.
• Build office relationships and solicit customer inputs to meet account needs.
• Influence accounts by addressing goals and priorities.
• Review sales data and adjust strategy based on insights.
• Coordinate with Bayer personnel for patient and reimbursement support.
