Job summary

Bayer AG is seeking a Prostate Sales Consultant for Oncology to drive clinical demand, education, and sales of Nubeqa and Xofigo to oncologists, urologists, and related professionals within Houston and surrounding institutions.

The role requires in-depth oncology knowledge, strategic account planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver patient-centered outcomes. Travel up to 50% is involved; applicant should reside in Houston territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 10 years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s degree.
• Relevant specialty pharmaceutical/biotech/medical sales experience.
• Oncology sales experience preferred.
• Experience selling with companion diagnostic
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate competency of product clinical efficacy and articulate a strong value proposition to customers.
• Educate Healthcare Professionals on Bayer medications and tumor types.
• Build key office relationships and solicit customer inputs to meet account needs.
• Influence accounts by aligning messaging with customer priorities and goals.
• Achieve sales goals by identifying growth opportunities and refining strategy.
