Pfizer in the United States is seeking a Clinical Development Medical Director to provide medical and scientific leadership for a Phase 3 oncology trial in prostate cancer. This role partners with Clinical Scientists and a study team to oversee conduct, safety, data interpretation, and regulatory documents, guiding study-level decisions within the overall program strategy.

The position requires strong clinical judgment, scientific rigor, and the ability to influence across a global matrix.

Qualifications

• MD/DO/MBBS/MBChB and licensed to practice medicine.
• 4+ years of clinical oncology experience.
• Clinical research or drug-development experience in pharma/biotech.
• Understanding of trial design, conduct, analysis, and interpretation.

Responsabilités

• Provide medical and scientific leadership for a Phase 3 oncology trial in prostate cancer.
• Oversee study conduct, medical monitoring, safety evaluation, data interpretation, and regulatory documents.
• Contribute to broader clinical development planning aligned with program strategy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with teams across Clinical Operations, Safety, Regulatory, Biostatistics, Medical Writing, and more.
• Identify clinical issues and provide evidence-based recommendations; engage with investigators and authorities.
