Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Clinical Development Medical Director to lead medical strategy for a Phase 3 oncology trial in prostate cancer. You will partner across Clinical Operations, Safety, Regulatory Affairs, Biostatistics, Medical Writing, and other functions to ensure rigorous study conduct and high-quality documentation.

You will engage investigators, health authorities, and governance bodies, driving scientifically sound decisions within a global matrix organization.

Qualifications

• MD or equivalent medical degree with 4+ years in oncology clinical development.
• Licensed to practice and GCP experience in pharma/biotech.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical and scientific leadership for a Phase 3 oncology trial in prostate cancer.
• Collaborate with Clinical Scientist and study team to support study execution.
• Ensure scientifically rigorous conduct and decisions aligned with the development plan.
• Provide medical input into study strategy, protocol, and risk mitigation.
• Lead medical monitoring activities and ongoing safety surveillance.
