Job summary

Urologic Specialists is seeking a Clinical Nurse Navigator for the Prostate Cancer Program in Tulsa, OK. The RN will coordinate care, educate patients, and support the multidisciplinary team to ensure timely, patient-centered treatment.

The role requires strong clinical assessment, excellent communication, and proficiency with Electronic Health Records. This full-time position follows a 8:00AM-4:30PM schedule with potential cross-training as needed.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in Oklahoma or eligible multistate license.
• Experience in oncology, urology, or care coordination preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate prostate cancer treatments, including ADT, oral oncolytics, immunotherapy, radiopharmaceuticals, and other advanced therapies.
• Coordinate laboratory testing, imaging, genetic/molecular testing, referrals, and follow-up appointments.
• Collaborate with medical oncology, radiation oncology, pharmacy, providers, and outside facilities to support coordinated patient care.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, side effects, and symptom management.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the EHR and support cross-training as needed.
