Job summary

Lincoln Tech in East Windsor, CT is seeking an Admissions Facilitator to support the Field Admissions team by managing admissions data, serving as the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them complete paperwork, and guiding newly enrolled students through required steps before classes.

You will schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, assist in scholarship testing, prepare reports, and maintain ongoing communication with applicants and parents throughout the enrollment

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills required.
• Ability to work well without direct supervision.
• Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, employees, and managers.
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate appointments, tours, and events.
• Follow up on inquiries and discuss training needs with students and parents.
• Assist in scholarship testing preparation and execution.
• Complete admissions reports, paperwork, and correspondence.
• Maintain communication with prospective students throughout the enrollment process.
• Maintain and verify the database recording new student information.
• Provide overall support to the Admissions Department, including enrolling students as needed.
