Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Sales Support / Admissions Facilitator / Administrative Assistant to support the Admissions Office’s strategic goals and oversee day-to-day workflow while facilitating the admissions process.

The role includes assisting students through the application process, managing social media engagement, responding to inquiries, attending events, and maintaining data and correspondence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Excellent organizational skills and responsiveness.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Support Admissions initiatives by assisting students throughout the application process.
• Assist / manage the official social media accounts to enhance engagement and promote events.
• Respond to admissions-related inquiries from parents, high school personnel, campus partners, and internal staff.
• Attend Admissions events.
• Maintain admissions-related data and correspondence.
• Provide overall support to the Admissions Department.
• Report to the Director of Admissions.
