Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking an energetic Admissions Department Assistant to support the Admissions Office's strategic goals and administer day-to-day workflows while facilitating the admissions process. You will assist students through the application process, manage social media efforts to boost engagement, and respond to inquiries from families and partners.

The role reports to the Director of Admissions and offers opportunities for growth within a hands-on, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent organizational skills essential.
• Strong social media, customer service, and telephone skills.
• Must demonstrate a clear sense of urgency and ability to multitask.
• Basic Microsoft Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Support Admissions initiatives by assisting students throughout the application process.
• Manage official social media accounts to enhance engagement and promote events.
• Respond to admissions inquiries from parents, high school personnel, campus partners, and staff.
• Attend Admissions events.
• Maintain admissions data and correspondence.
• Provide overall support to the Admissions Department.
• Report to the Director of Admissions.
