Whitworth University seeks a Program Coordinator, Whitworth Online, to act as a primary contact for prospective students through the admissions process. You’ll respond to inquiries, build relationships, and support documentation and workflows for enrollment.

Working with enrollment advisors and university partners, you’ll provide student-centered service to reach enrollment goals and deliver an exceptional prospective student experience. This is a hybrid role with campus collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, administrative support, admissions, or related settings.
• Experience communicating with customers, students, or community members by phone, email, or in person.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications and common workplace technology.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule and support institutional activities.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a primary contact for prospective students throughout admissions.
• Monitor inquiries, outreach, and timely follow-up across channels.
• Support inquiry-to-application and admission workflows to convert applicants.
• Maintain accurate admissions records and coordinate documentation.
• Collaborate with enrollment advisors and university partners to support enrollment goals.
• Assist with enrollment events and special projects as needed.
