Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive and responsive prospect research to support cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship strategies.
• Analyze donor capacity, inclination, and affinity using biographical, philanthropic, financial, and relationship data.
• Prepare confidential research profiles, briefings, and due diligence reports.
• Monitor news and developments and communicate updates to fundraising staff.
• Create and analyze prospect lists using research methodologies and predictive analytics.
• Support prospect reviews, moves management, and portfolio adjustments.
• Maintain accurate prospect and relationship records in the constituent database.
• Prepare travel briefings for development officers and university leadership.
• Partner with officers throughout the fundraising cycle and support research tools and SOPs.
