The University of Kentucky's Office of Philanthropy & Alumni Engagement seeks a strategic, data-fluent leader to serve as Senior Director of Prospect Development. You will lead UK’s prospect development function, providing vision and strategy for all aspects of fundraising analytics and prospect identification.

A key focus is expanding UK HealthCare’s grateful patient fundraising by building a sophisticated data-informed pipeline and partnering with fundraisers, physicians, and clinical leaders

Qualifications

• Masters degree required with minimum 7 years prospect development experience.
• At least 4 years in managing fundraising work plans and staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK’s prospect development function with vision and strategy for fundraising analytics.
• Identify, prioritize and advance top philanthropic opportunities in coordination with donors and leaders.
• Expand HealthCare’s grateful patient fundraising through data‑informed pipelines.
• Partner with fundraisers, physicians and clinical leaders to translate insights into strategies.
• Develop a high‑performing team and advance analytics, AI and emerging technologies to drive fundraising success.
