Job summary

ValueMomentum is seeking a Prosci Certified Change Management Professional to lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring adoption of new processes and technologies. You will partner with project teams and business leaders to drive stakeholder engagement and business readiness across transformation programs.

The ideal candidate will apply Prosci methodologies to develop change strategies, conduct readiness assessments, and coach leaders and sponsors for successful change adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Organizational Change Management activities for transformation initiatives.
• Apply the Prosci Change Management Methodology to develop change strategies and implementation plans.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis, change impact assessments, and organizational readiness assessments.
• Develop and execute communication, training, and stakeholder engagement plans.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate change resistance through intervention strategies.
• Coach business leaders, sponsors, and people managers on their roles in driving change.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, PMOs, HR, and business teams to integrate change management into project execution.
• Define and track adoption, engagement, and change success metrics.
• Support post-implementation activities to ensure sustained adoption and business benefits.
