True Anomaly, Inc. is seeking a Propulsion Vehicle Subsystem Manager in the United States.

You will own the strategy and execution of propulsion subsystems for Jackal and future vehicles, leading a team of propulsion engineers and REs to design, analyze, and deliver advanced propulsion components on aggressive schedules. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in aerospace, mechanical, or chemical engineering is required.
• Minimum 10+ years in propulsion/fluids for aerospace/defense with leadership exp.
• Experience leading an engineering team through development cycles.
• Clear technical communication with senior leadership and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Direct and grow a propulsion engineering team writing requirements and design analyses.
• Ensure safe, on-schedule propulsion system delivery across programs.
• Collaborate with supply chain to meet vendor performance and budgets.
• Mentor leads, manage risks, and drive technical decisions.
