Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering or closely related field.
• 10+ years of propulsion and fluid systems engineering experience in aerospace/defense.
• 3+ years in direct people management or leadership roles.
• Hands-on propulsion or fluid system design, analysis, or test.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and develop a team of propulsion engineers.
• Align demand with team capabilities, resources, and schedules.
• Set expectations, provide feedback, and plan career development.
• Oversight of propulsion test campaigns, including safety and regulatory compliance.
• Review and approve test-related drawings and vendor proposals.
