Job summary

Mach Industries is hiring a Propulsion Technician to support the manufacturing of energetic materials, propellant preparation and mixing, and controlled chemical processing for defense systems. You will work with specialized equipment, follow approved procedures, and uphold strict safety, quality, and traceability standards in a fast-paced environment.

You will collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Test teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in production/manufacturing/chemical processing or industrial operations.
• Ability to follow detailed work instructions, process specs, safety procedures, and batch/traveler docs.
• Understanding of basic workplace safety practices, SDS, PPE, and risk assessments.
• Comfort with manufacturing equipment and controlled production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform manufacturing operations involving propellant preparation, energetic materials, and batch processing per work instructions.
• Handle, label, move, and store hazardous or reactive chemicals after required training and authorization.
