Qualifications

• Experience leading engineering teams.
• Ability to obtain a S//SAR level security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead propulsion subsystem and component development from concept to flight operations.
• Mentor propulsion REs responsible for hardware design and testing.
• Drive cross-functional alignment between design and manufacturing.
