Job summary

Shield AI is seeking a Propulsion Technical Program Manager to lead propulsion development from design to flight readiness. You will coordinate with propulsion engineers, REs, and suppliers to ensure milestones and schedules are met.

The role requires hands-on collaboration, strong communication, and the ability to translate technical work into executable program plans. Location is Dallas, TX with on-site work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or related field.
• 7+ years in technical program management in aerospace or complex hardware.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
• U.S. Citizenship or ITAR compliance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute propulsion development activities with engineers and REs.
• Drive schedules and align with flight readiness milestones.
• Coordinate across propulsion, design, fluids, controls, airframe, and tests.
• Translate progress into program status for leadership.
• Facilitate technical reviews and cross-team integration.
• Support test campaigns with resource and schedule coordination.
