AEGIR-Marine is seeking a Service Engineer – Propulsion for Europe. You will be the face of our service at hubs across Europe, servicing propulsion systems, analyzing issues, and delivering practical solutions on ships worldwide.

You will travel to shipyards and vessels globally, handling CPP systems and thrusters, reporting on maintenance, and driving improvements in reliability and performance. English proficiency and a valid driving license are required.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience servicing propulsion systems including thrusters and CPP.
Based in Europe; work at regional hubs in The Netherlands, Greece, Turkey, or Estonia; Belgium applicants employed via Dutch entity.
Analytical mindset and structured problem-solving.
Willingness to travel abroad; good command of English; valid driving license.

Responsabilités

Provide high-quality on-site and remote service and support for propulsion systems.
Analyze complex technical issues and implement reliable solutions.
Travel to shipyards and vessels worldwide for hands-on service.
Work with CPP, thrusters, seals and bearings.
Prepare technical reports and advise on maintenance and optimization.
