Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years of experience in quality, project management or product development V-Cycle.
• 2+ years' experience with field warranty quality.
• Proficiency in quality tools, methodologies, and customer claim management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of quality objectives of propulsion systems.
• Provide executive level quality reports to leaderships.
• Propose technical solutions to be applied in mass production in the field.
• Drive warranty improvement by leading Quality Improvement Team (QIT) activities.
• Contribute to quality survey things gone wrong (TGW) improvement plan.
• Assist engineers on vehicle issue diagnosis and root cause analysis.
• Lead issue management and resolution process in precise, accurate and timely manner.
• Apply systemic approaches to quality issues required system level knowledge.
