Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking an Electrical Engineer (Power & Mixed-Signal) to develop and test cutting-edge propulsion electronics, including flight controllers, power electronics, motor controllers, and actuators. This role involves end-to-end design, rigorous analysis, testing, and collaboration across mechanical, software, and test teams.

The candidate will design high-density PCBs, perform demanding simulations, ensure thermal management, and deliver reliable electronics

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer and circuit simulation tools.
• Experience with power electronics, avionics propulsion, and testing.

Responsibilities

• Translate propulsion requirements into robust PCB and subsystem designs.
• Develop and test propulsion-subsystem electronics from concept to production.
• Perform circuit simulations, thermal and DFMEA analyses for reliability.
• Lead board bring-ups, DV/T, and functional testing of electronics.
• Collaborate with mechanical, software, and systems teams for integrated designs.
• Conduct peer reviews and root cause analyses for test results.
• Manage vendors and ensure thermal management and reliability.
