Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or equivalent and 4+ years of relevant experience, or 2 years post-secondary with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• Ability to obtain a US secret security clearance.
• Willing and able to work weekends and night shift; able to lift 35 lbs. and work from elevated platforms.

Responsibilities

• 50% - Full scale propellant mixing, prep materials, confirm weights, organize materials, clean equipment under supervision.
• 10% - Perform mathematical calculations to create acceptable mixes and fill manufacturing data sheets.
• 35% - Grinding and weighing material bins, assemble/clean grinding equipment, ensure correct weights.
• 5% - Other duties such as AP prep, prototype motor casting support, and production initiatives.
