Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.
• Medically cleared to wear a respirator and operate powered industrial vehicle (and obtain company issued license as appropriate).

Responsibilities

• 50% - Full scale propellant mixing; prepares materials and performs full-scale mixing for all production programs, organizes materials and maintains mix equipment.
• 10% - Mathematical calculations to create acceptable mixes for casting and fill out manufacturing data sheets.
• 35% - Grinding; assemble grinders, grind materials for propellant mixes and weigh material bins to correct weight.
• 5% - Other duties as assigned, including AP prep for grinding and development of new production initiatives.
• Willingness to work other shifts or overtime as needed to meet production schedules.
