Job summary

Blue Origin in the United States is seeking an Engine Integration Tech Lead to mature the BE-7 Lunar Lander engine. You will lead propulsion engineers, own design releases, and balance manufacturability, mass, and cost while meeting BE-7 milestones.

You will drive GD&T processes, configuration management, and advanced materials knowledge, mentoring teammates and collaborating across disciplines to deliver safe, repeatable engine integration for spaceflight programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in design, manufacturing and test of aerospace components.
• Strong mechanical design, sizing and analysis skills.
• Mastery of GD&T and ASME Y14.5.
• B.S. in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to mentor and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead propulsion engineers to deliver engine integration solutions.
• Manage design releases and configuration management.
• Balance mass, cost, and producibility in hardware development.
• Coordinate with customers to meet BE-7 milestones.
