Job summary

i2G Systems is seeking an Electronic Security Project Manager to coordinate and execute physical security installations across client sites. You will assume operational ownership of multiple projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget alignment, and adherence to client specifications.

You will lead field crews and subcontractors, manage site readiness, track milestones and job costs, and communicate with stakeholders from kickoff to sign-off. PropTech experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in electronic security or commercial systems integration.
• PropTech, commercial real estate, or enterprise security environments.
• Working familiarity with enterprise access control and video surveillance platforms.
• Proficiency with MS Office 365 and scheduling platforms (Smartsheet, MS Project).
• Certified Security Project Manager (CSPM) or PMP certification preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations for multiple concurrent security integration projects.
• Supervise installation crews and subcontractors; ensure compliance with SOW and safety standards.
• Conduct pre-installation site walks to evaluate dependencies and readiness.
• Review drawings and work with engineers to configure access control and video systems.
• Track labor hours, materials, change orders, and communicate with stakeholders from kickoff to closeout.
• Coordinate commissioning, punch lists, and client sign-offs.
