Job summary

Alpha Communications seeks a Security Solutions Specialist to join our sales team and drive adoption of our proptech security solutions for owners, managers, and residents. You will demonstrate intercom, nurse call, and other safety features while tailoring implementations to client needs.

Travel for client meetings and presentations is required. The role blends technical acumen with strong communication and presentation skills to foster successful deployments and ongoing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field is required.
• 5+ years in a similar proptech/tech role preferred.
• Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop in-depth understanding of proptech security solutions.
• Conduct technical presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare technical proposals and scopes of work.
• Coordinate and oversee proofs of concept with clients.
• Provide technical support throughout the sales process.
• Assist with integration and implementation for clients.
• Develop training materials and conduct sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Relay client feedback to product teams for enhancements.
