Responsibilities

Procure working props from master list within 2 weeks of first rehearsal.
Procure show props from master list, adjusting to Stage Manager notes by first tech rehearsal.
Confer with set designer to determine furniture and set dressing required for production and provide those by first tech rehearsal.
Add set dressing with the approval of set designer.
Confer all furniture choices with set designer.
Purchase, rent or borrow props and set dressing within budget and terms provided by the GCIT Business Office.
Deliver original receipts for reimbursement per GCIT guidelines.
