Responsibilities

Oversees from conception to final execution specifically managing the technical elements, bridging artistic vision with technical execution.
Ensure the project's quality and safety by setting and enforcing procedures for safe environments for performers and technicians.
Troubleshoot during rehearsals and performances; act as the point person for technical issues to keep production running smoothly.
Directly involved in building sets, hanging lights, setting up sound equipment, projections and other technology-based elements.
Train volunteer or student crews, often focusing on foundational skills and general safety procedures.
Function as both a manager and a technician.
