Qualifications

• One year of experience with theatre, repertory, or stock company in props, costumes, scenery, lighting, or sound production.
• Ability to translate design specifications into production elements and manage materials budgets.
• Foundational knowledge of software used in production.
• Ability to train and supervise students in production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, adapt, select, rent, and borrow props for productions.
• Coordinate with faculty and student designers through rehearsals and load-ins.
• Maintain props shop inventories, checkouts, and safety compliance.
• Supervise and train students and assistants; organize schedules and timekeeping.
