Job summary

Suvoda is seeking aProposal Pricing Analyst in the United States to support proposal efforts by updating pricing models, compiling costs, and coordinating RFI responses. The role requires 2–5 years in proposals and 1–3 years in pharmaceutical environments, with CRM experience preferred.

You will liaise with Finance, Sales, and the program teams to ensure accurate pricing and timely responses, while maintaining detailed documentation and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, in the field of Business Administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain pricing model to support proposal efforts.
• Research and analyze historical pricing data for presentation to management.
• Compile costs, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals based on clinical protocols and in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications.
• Compile costs and technical elements in the development of change orders based on requirements provided by Sales Rep.
• Report on progress, metrics, and issues for all proposal efforts to management.
• Update, organize and maintain RFI response library to support RFI response efforts.
• Coordinate and author RFI responses in accordance with RFI specifications.
• Liaise with Finance Department on any pricing/billing inquiries.
