Job summary

Johnston, LLC is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to support proposals, qualifications, presentations, and other materials. You’ll work with the Marketing Pursuits Manager, BD, leadership, and technical staff to ensure timely, accurate, and visually engaging deliverables that comply with brand standards.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in marketing, strong InDesign skills, and proficiency across Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365, with experience in CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing/related field.
• 5+ years in marketing, preferably A/E/C or professional services.
• Experience coordinating RFQs, RFPs, qualifications, proposals, presentations.
• Proficient in InDesign; working knowledge of Photoshop/Illustrator/Acrobat.
• Strong MS 365 skills; CRM/marketing DB experience preferred.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organizational, and visual skills.

Responsibilities

• Supports Marketing Pursuits Manager with RFQs, RFPs, qualifications, proposals, interviews.
• Reviews requirements; assists with outlines, compliance, schedules, and coordination.
• Coordinates content from internal teams, consultants, and partners.
• Develops and produces proposal documents in InDesign per Johnson brand.
• Writes, edits, proofreads descriptions, resumes, qualifications; creates graphics.
• Produces proposal graphics, project sheets, org charts, and other materials.
• Prepares forms, questionnaires, and other docs; supports interview materials.
• Assists with PowerPoint presentations, graphics, and leave-behinds.
• Conducts quality-control for accuracy, formatting, compliance; final file prep.
