Job summary

The role requires strong attention to detail, communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, with collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Implementation, and customers to deliver competitive bids and support GOA approvals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years in commercial or sales operations, preferably in the energy, power generation, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals and quotations for complex service projects and customer requirements.
• Coordinate input from internal teams including Sales, Engineering, and Implementation.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate and competitive bids and proposals.
• Assist with market research, sales forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Support process improvement initiatives to streamline commercial operations.
• Prepare and maintain proposal templates, tools, and documentation.
• Assist with customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt follow-up.
• Support compliance with internal approval processes such as GOA approvals.
• Contribute to achieving departmental goals and metrics.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
