Job summary

Mitsubishi Power Americas, Inc. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Commercial Operations Specialist to support sales and marketing by developing proposals, coordinating input from cross-functional teams, and improving commercial processes to ensure high-quality, competitive bids.

The role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines while partnering with Sales, Engineering, Implementation and Customers to support Mitsubishi

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting commercial or sales operations, preferably in energy, power generation, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Develop proposals and quotations for complex service projects and customer requirements.
• Coordinate input from internal teams including Sales, Engineering, and Implementation.
• Ensure timely delivery of accurate and competitive bids and proposals.
• Assist with market research, sales forecasting, and opportunity tracking.
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders under tight deadlines.
• Support process improvement initiatives to streamline commercial operations.
• Prepare and maintain proposal templates, tools, and documentation.
• Assist with customer inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt follow-up.
