Job summary

I & S Group, Inc. in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking a Proposal Specialist and Writer to join the Marketing team. You will craft persuasive proposals and manage content from concept to submission.

Collaborate with architects and engineers, edit proposals, blogs, case studies, and internal communications, and lead project pursuit materials.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
• 5-7 years of writing and communication experience with a keen attention to detail
• Strong writing and communication skills with a keen attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team on proposal development
• Author and edit content for proposals, blogs, case studies, and more
• Lead the preparation of project pursuit materials
• Interview internal teams to understand context and gather information
• Create award applications, event materials, newsletters and resumes
