Job summary

I & S Group, Inc. in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Proposal Specialist and Writer to join our Marketing team. You will craft proposals, blogs, case studies, and other materials, manage project pursuit content, and collaborate with over 20 marketing professionals in-house.

Ideal candidates have a marketing or communications degree and 5–7 years of writing experience, strong attention to detail, and experience with InDesign; experience in AEC or proposal writing is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
• 5-7 years of writing and communication experience with a keen attention to detail
• Excellent time management to balance numerous projects and meet deadlines
• Enjoyment of working in a highly collaborative environment
• Desire to continuously improve your professional skills and help facilitate ISG’s growth
• Adobe InDesign experience, preferred
• AEC or proposal writing experience, preferred
