Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, journalism, or related field; 2 years marketing/communications experience (or 6 years with no degree).
• Experience supporting proposals, SOQs, RFQs, or other competitive pursuit documents preferred.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite applications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, milestones, reviews, and deliverables to ensure high-quality submissions on time.
• Coordinate kickoff meetings with project managers, principals, and pursuit team members to establish requirements and action items.
• Research, write, edit, and format proposal materials, including project descriptions and firm qualifications.
