Job summary

Structure Tone Southwest is seeking a detail-oriented proposal/marketing specialist to strengthen our marketing team in Austin. You will support pursuit teams, develop proposal content, and coordinate visuals with Creative Services to clearly communicate our capabilities.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in proposal planning, strong writing and presentation skills, and proficiency with Adobe CC and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, Business or equivalent.
• 3+ years of proposal and presentation planning and coordination.
• Excellent persuasive writing and presentation ability; coaching in interviews/presentations is a plus.
• Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop; strong PowerPoint skills.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead pursuit teams in implementation and learning processes.
• Contribute to proposal content and LOE 2 & 3 proposals and collateral pieces.
• Support action planning and progress tracking.
• Conduct research to identify best qualifications and competitor information.
• Collaborate with Creative Services to generate graphics and layouts.
