Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the proposal process for Power and Energy sectors and to advance the firm’s marketing and communications efforts.

You will lead pursuit teams, prepare persuasive presentations, and manage CRM data to help win projects across service lines. Ideal candidates have a background in marketing or communications, experience with proposal development, and strong time-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or related field preferred.
• Pre-employment drug screening and background check are conditions of employment.
• Experience with proposal development and client presentations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead pursuit teams on kickoff calls to develop winning strategies and assign team responsibilities.
• Prepare presentations and coach technical teams for client interviews.
• Read RFQ/P documents thoroughly and prepare proposal checklists and action items.
• Maintain CRM data and track future project leads.
• Coordinate with teaming partners and respond to external RFP requests.
